چکیده
The transition of cervical neoplasia (CIN) to cancer occurs with the active participation IL-4, for which both pro- and antitumor effects have been shown tumors various localizations. expression cytokines is regulated at transcriptional level in promoter region gene. It has that genotype IL4 (589C/T) (rs2243250) associated development gastric breast cancer. contribution IL-4 genotypic variations CIN not yet studied. aim study was assess risk developing by presence polymorphism IL-4. object circulating neutrophils, serum genomic DNA 36 patients 20 women without dysplasia (comparison group). Using ELISA, determined neutrophil lysate serum. Phagocytic activity adhesive ability (CD11b) neutrophils were assessed. Allele-specific real-time PCR using Taq-Man probes used analyze 589C/T (rs2243250). Statistical processing carried out Statistica 13 Jamovi 1.6.5.0. As a result study, it found significantly higher than comparison group. -589C* allele gene TT are more common group (55.5%) control (25%). At same time, direct relationship established between increased indicators phagocytic number neutrophils. Analysis incidence C589T «case-control» method showed chances formation carriers -589C 3.75 (95% CI: 1.013 - 13.880, Chi-square = 4.161, p 0.042). genotype, levels HPV infection. binary logistic regression model, we demonstrated possibility differential diagnosis (χ 2 15.6, 0.001). Significant significance their combination assessed ROC-curve analysis (IL-4 neutrophils; (-589С*), 75% probability. Thus, In HPV-infected patients, can serve as marker early detection prognosis CIN.

متن کاملMethylenetetrahydrofolate Reductase C677T Polymorphism and Susceptibility to Cervical Cancer and Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia: A Meta-Analysis
BACKGROUND A number of studies have explored the association between methyl enetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T polymorphism and susceptibility to cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). However, results remained controversial. To address this gap, we decided to conduct a meta-analysis of all available published studies. METHODS Electronic literature searches of ...

Human papillomavirus (HPV) has been established as an important etiological factor for the development of cervical cancer. This DNA virus primarily infects the epithelium and can induce benign and malignant lesions of the mucous membranes and skin. Some HPVs are considered high risk due to their role in malignant progression of cervical tumors. Genital HPV infections are common and usually tran...

Background: Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is a premalignant lesion capable of progressing to cervical cancer. Despite the existing well-defined criteria, the histomorphologic diagnosis is subject to high rates of discordance among pathologists. The aim of this study was to evaluate Ki-67 (MIB-1), CK17 and p16 INK4a (p16) markers by immunohistochemical methods in differentiating CIN f...
